Return and Refund Policy

The following items are considered final sales and non-refundable:

1. Swimwear
2. Bodysuits
3. Intimates
4. Jewelry
5. Face masks
6. Beauty
7. Openpack wholesale orders

Any other items not listed above can be refunded no later than 7 days after the delivery was made. Items not on the list above that have exceeded this time frame will be considered non-refundable. We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label.

NOTE:

1. Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
2. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
3. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
4. Please allow us 5-7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
